1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments 

Cancellation: 

 

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: info@goldenlegendboutiquehotel.com, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone. 

 

Customer must notify Golden Legend Boutique Hotel if you plan change before 2 days you check in. Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged. 

 

No Show : 

If a booking is cancelled within the day of arrival or In case of No show or shortening stay, non refund will be made (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice) 

 

Amendment: 

Amendments is negotiable via our email: info@goldenlegendboutiquehotel.com

 

Refund: 

The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Golden Legend Boutique Hotel will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice. 

 

2. Tour Cancellation : 

None cancellation – None refundable 

 

+ Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon

+ Extension of late checkout time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

+ Check-out until 06:00 PM – 50% of room rate

+ Check-out after 06:00 PM – 100% of room rate

+ Early check in is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

 

- Early check in from 8:00 AM of arrival date – 50% room rate (W/o BF) 

- For guaranteed early check-in, room will be reserved the night before and charged at 100% 

 

Rates are inclusive of: 

International breakfast buffet (6.30 to 10.00 am every day) Free Welcome drink when check in Tea, coffe, fruit,1 bottle of mineral water in room daily/1 person Free usage of ADSL and Wifi internet in-room and public computer 

 

Children and Extra bed Policy 

Maximum 01 child under 8 years old, sharing with parents using existing bed
